Rental Policy: |
- 3-night minimum stay during summer months.
- Missouri Tax of 10.475% is applied to all rental rates.
- A $300 Deposit is required with your reservation.
- 50% of the total rental amount is due 60 days before arrival.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m.; check out time is 10:00 a.m.
- A $75 cleaning fee is applied to all reservations.

Deposit Policy: |
- The $300 deposit noted above will revert to a damage deposit upon arrival. Damage deposits will be refunded 14 days after departure.

Refund Policy: |
- A $50 fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
- For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, all payments will be retained.
- If the condo can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
